In spite of my best efforts, I cannot lose the last kilogram to reach my goal and I'm taking a break from dieting for a few days. We have a "family reunion" next week, which means a lot of cooking and BBQ dinners, so keeping to the diet will be difficult. Anyway, so far I have lost over 10 kilograms and I feel great.
