Maybe you're losing inches? Measure yourself to find out, or just try on some old clothes that didn't fit.

I agree with Brownpolkadots. You may not have lost numbers on the scale but have lost inches off your body. It was the case with me for about 3 weeks last year as well. Keep on keeping on and those numbers will start dropping! Also you may know this already but check on your heart rate to make sure you are at your target heart rate for burning Calories. I bet someone at your Gym can help you with this.

It is 100% normal to gain when you're working out. Muscle weighs more than fat. and, your muscles can even retain water as they are recovering from a workout. Drink plenty of fluids are keep on going. By the way, I am having the same problem this week. My jeans are falling away from my waist but yet the scale hasn't budged. It's disappointing but I too am trying to focus on the different fit of my clothes instead of the scale.

Sorry to bother Jaila, just wandering if you have lost any weight from the time you entered the journal. Please let me know because I am facing the same problem. Thank you
