3rd day of my ~40 mile a day bicycle commute. Feeling the pain now. Last one tomorrow and I can rest on the weekend. :) Got to curb those sugary fizzy drinks, they are my downfall and I am not a fan of water. Going to add my water intake to the food diary, to see how I get on. :-O
Oh yeah, lost a pound or two since last weigh in, so we are going in the right direction even after a couple of "free" weekends.
