Goodmorning my friends, slept short (4 hours) but sweet and deep, and that is good enough for me. Good thing i am awake this early, because then i can lay down the new carpet for the kids room... it is almost done, saturday i will see his face of joy! and sunday is last tourday.
then i am looking forward to a normal rythme and maybe start losing some grams again... lets just hope all the cycling and housedecorating and being activce did give me some muscles, so losing will be easier.
maybe i'll catch some sleep after the tour? Tour is a hard one today starts at 13:15 and has two major mountains in it.
i'll let you know when i'm drinking coffee at the summit of the Hautacam (*grin*)
