Keep on plugging along is my motto. I have made some poor food choices. It so obvious to me when I take my focus off what I need and stop planning my meals. So every couple weeks it's time to re-focus. Starting today...AGAIN. But that's all right. Buidling better habits sure takes alot of energy. The morning workouts Mon-Thurs have been such a blessing. I am hoping to make it Friday, too, but last week I didn't feel well so I didn't make it.

The puppies have been good. A challenge in one respect because we've never trained dogs before. Somehow the dogs I had growing up were magically trained (THANKS MOM!). But they keep me off the couch so that is a bonus right there. I get up earlier even on weekends so I have more time in my day to get work and play done. I will confess I do feel tired but I am so glad we got them. I am still working on the picture posting so any of you dog lovers out there can see the pups.

This water drinking is killing me today...off to the restroom again that's 3 times in an hour. I think I am hydrated.
