I step up the exercises to burn more calories. And also lower my target weight. So mentally I still think I have a bit of room to go.

Double up your exercise routine , eat less carbs and more protein too

just get through each day, hour or minute. and stop worrying stress doesn't help your get there

Definitely push your workouts. and be patient! My body did NOT want to give up those last 3 lbs. I just kept on plan and added more walks. Eventually I won. ‼️
