Had I not just recently seen this at the grocery store, I would of thought this was fake. Also olive loaf I guess is a thing too. It was hanging right next to it.

Never had pickle but used to really like olive. Haven’t seen either in grocery stores in years. Maybe it’s making a comeback.

4 oz of Eckrich olive loaf freshly sliced at the deli counter on a nice fresh baked roll is a guilty pleasure of mine and has been for years. The pickle pimento is just all right. I go for the olive every time. Mortadella is in the same vein for me. They occasionally sell that with whole pistachios baked in. Now how much would you pay?

I have a can of Devil's Food! Spam in my email, but I NEVER have that stuff. Just reading the ingredients, alone, gives my stomach a queasy-feeling. Yuckk!!!

Yes, a lot of processed meats back then. My father loved his cold cuts. In never liked head cheese or that olive loaf, reminds me of bologna.
