Exactly Suma - you read my mind, And when I looked at this pic, I thought, it’s missing something , then it came to me, it’s missing some bread and a toasted sandwich maker ….. I now don’t even believe Mike owns a toasted sandwich maker, I think he borrowed it for a long weekend once. 🤣

round chips? You mean fritters/roasties!! They look good Mike, well done👏,,I usually cheat and put the chopped potatoes in the microwave for a minute or 2 first, then put them in the oven with a tiny bit of oil drizzled over them...makes the middle soft and fluffy!

Haha, you guys xD It seems I will have to make an actual toasted sandwich soon just to reassure Jamie that I still possess such a contraption - although I confess I may have to clear out the spiders before starting it up again;)

Also thanks for the tip Booty - I actually cut these fairly thin so they didn't take long to cook through under the grill

Under the grill...I thought ud put them in the oven...u should save up a few quid and get a decent air frier Mike...saves mucking about with the grill and oven, u an fit loads in them, out all sorts in them, 10mins and Ping..dinners ready...it's honestly the best money I've spent this year and I couldn't live without mine now, burgers, bacon, veg, potatoes, fish fingers....everything gets chucked in mine!!
