After two days of the potato portion of my diet plan I seem to have dropped some of the vacation chub. Today is my fasting day (600 calories) so I hope that come the morning ALL the rest of the excess will be gone. I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. Remember that good health and weight loss start with one choice at a time, one bite at a time, one moment at a time. Build on those good choices and you will see results. (this is my new mantra).
