So Today I start my diet, as good as I can. For the past 3 days I eat less, but not with a plan. I hope I will get there.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today, I feel great. Later one I go shopping with my daughter, girls day. I hope I find some food what I like to put in my plan.
