Eral66, 789 calories I follow a keto diet so I mostly concentrate on high fat low glycemic index low sugar and trying very hard to reduce my sodium intake which is still extremely high for the bread I used ezekiel bread which flourless I also aim on low carbs calories don't really matter that much now in my maintenance phase before yes it was very important to be in a calorie deficit

Correction yes calories are somewhat still important because I can go overboard sometimes over 2,500 and such not good 🤭🤭
