Sunday 13 walking around costco Monday 14 walk 40 minutes, yoga 1 hr, PT exercises Tuesday 15 walk 40 minutes Wednesday 16 Thursday 17 walk a labyrinth, twice...maybe 30 minutes Friday 18 Rest~ Saturday 19 strolled an hour or more in Pike St Market and the Seattle Waterfront and SAM Olympic Sculpture Garden. Stretched a bit.
