Good morning. 8am here. I'm usually having coffee & breakfast. I'm changing my schedule based on the nutritionist's recommendations. She has lowered my kcal intake and delayed my first meal as we discussed TRE. Was already challenged at 2000 following FS calculations. She telling me for my own good. Better to listen. Next my 1st followup with Endo. She's going cut my overall carb intake. I have to put in a belt & tighten it. I've been living in athleisure wear for awhile now. Saves time from having to figure out which of the 3 sizes I need to pull from my closet. Off to first appointment. Have a great day everyone.
