try the Atkins diet, I'm doing it again for the second time at it works my problem is that I did not stay with. the first time when I started I weight 235lbs. in six month on the plan ans doing exercise at least 3 times a week I was down to 190lbs 10lbs short of my goal. then I got into a car accident and wife got pregnant and I fell off the wagon. So far after one back on the plan I have lost 2lbs. and I did not start working out. Think about it, the weight is in the carbs
