Goal achieved. I find breakfast is wholly unnecessary. Cut the carbs from dinners.
Down to one meal a day last weekend, a nutritious mostly carb free dinner.
Setting a new goal .
202.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
