Started the TRE yesterday. It's appears manageable. I choose 8a-8p as my window. I realise it's 7:45p as I'm sitting down to dinner, after I plate for hubs, feed the dog, lastly myself. Had to rush my meal, instead of mindful eating. Schedule needs some modifications.😁

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 September 2021:

I know what you mean, i ran into this situation multiple times rushing and stressing through my meal. Definitely need some planning and getting used to it. I find that i need 45 minutes to eat comfortably at my place. Some days, i prepare and advance the dinner time for the whole family to 5:30 pm, someday i prepare the meal but eat before the rest of the family and stay with them at the dinning table.
