Ate at White Castle late tonight because hubby wanted to, but totally didn't need to eat anything. I wasn't hungry before and now I'm overly full, plus I feel like I ate like 500 calories I didn't need to...Bleh. I need to learn that just because someone around me is eating (especially *him*) does not mean I need to be eating, especially if I am not hungry. Still haven't gotten the hang of this 8+ glasses of water a day thing, and I'm hopelessly addicted to standing on my scale. In positive news, I'm looking into taking a pole dancing class for some awesome aerobic exercise and motivation to get out of the apartment and to get into shape.
