Nqoh-bee's Journal, 12 September 2021

After reaching my goal body weight I lost all motivation. Stopped exercising and eating right all together. The only reason why I didn't gain all the weight back was probably because I'd go through cycles of binges then restrict and fast for a while. I'm failing my body. I'll try again , do things right. I'm even going to the gym tomorrow.

Been there at least twice. I know how bad you feel. Remember to be kind to yourself. Since I have the same struggle I’d like to say that finding a good eating pattern or habit is probably for the best. Binge eating and binge fasting doesn’t help mentally. All the best.
