Still at 242. Looking at my macros yesterday and i decided to go back and recalibrate somethings. I hate doing this mid month but I figured I’m still doing this as if I’m just starting out and thats why I’m stalling. Ive added physical activity which means I should be eating more to keep my energy up. I probably should also adjust my fasting windows.

Looking online (which I despise) is making me feel I should be moving more towards low carb than keto.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
