ACBellerose's Journal, 11 September 2021

7:58am 2 min. before I break fast. Water first. Giving RTE a go. Have yet to read or listen to the book on the topic. But concept seems good. Can't hurt by giving my body a break from constantly having to process something.
Tentative plan, walk in the park, or around the neighborhood. It all depends on hubs, how he feels when he wakes. Some housework. No calls or desk work. Yay!

I am glad you are willing to try RTE, until you read more from the book, here is the he skinny: pick a time to start the first meal and a time to end the last meal and stick to these times so your body knows when to expect the "day program", digest the food and the "night program" inspect and repair every organ and cell in your body AND transform the belly fat in energy. When you wake up and during the day, be exposed to as much outdoor light as possible, when indoor, use as much light as well. After dinner, do the opposite, as little light as possible, stay up and active after dinner to help digestion, go to bed between 2 to 4 hours after the end of dinner. If you want to be more hands on the Circadian rythm, download my Circadian clock mobile app and contribute to research and get coaching from the expert (Dr Panda's team). To get an idea about the quantity of light indoor and outdoor, try Lux light meter free app or similar apps. You seem to be eating healthy food given the picture you post, i am hopeful that a better rythm will help you
