Although I've seen an increase in weight, I'll take it given I thought the last few days, the scale was telling me I was losing pounds too quickly I've been focused more than ever an ramping up my protein and fiber to take care of my body, so if I took on weight, I probably needed it. I've not eaten junk. I've exercised well, mixing up my routine, keeping the weight training as my focus. My cardio has been decreasing in time but increasing in watts with the more calories burned.
Muscle is starting to show on my body, and that feels so wonderful. Hopefully, I'll get the secret sauce just right to target fat burning while building my muscle.
