New Exercise routine: SUN-RUN MON-KETTLEBELLS TUES-RUN WED-KETTLEBELLS THURS-REST FRI-RUN SAT-KETTLEBELLS
Currently doing C25K to help Josh get into running, he is progressing nicely so I don't anticipate it taking more than another two weeks before he is running 30 minutes at a time, which is where I need to be for real weight loss.
I am changing my goal weight to 145. I have a lot of body fat so I think its pretty safe to assume that my frame won't look emaciated at 145.
Today is about getting recommitted to clean eating. I haven't been going crazy with food but I have been eating some junk, like donuts and fast food.
