59% Fat 35% Protein 6% carbs - pretty right on as far as macro goes. My weight has been up for a few days but is back down to the 216.4. I was exhausted yesterday and got very few steps. Today felt much better and got right back after it. Steps for the day are 8509. Short of the recommended 10,000 but great for this old sedatary office worker!

That is great!!! You did good and you will eventually get to those 10,000 steps. Just getting in 4,000 steps (2 miles) is good, 6,000 steps is 3 miles and 8,000 is 4 miles. And you did 4.24 miles yesterday.
