I have lost the 20 pounds I wanted to, now to maintain it. Walking daily. Can’t waiting to start backpacking when the weather cools a bit this month and next. Life is good.
122.9 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
