oh dear. i havent been on here for 2 weeks! my partner came back from working abroad and i havent done a single days diet! infact i have been eating what i want and i am petrified to stepo on the scales however he goes away again on thursday and hopefully i can get back on track. im pretty sure my scales will be back to what i started at though. Why does the weight go on so fast yet take so long to come off :(
