I weighted right before bed today. Up early for work and wrote down everything I ate and kept everything as 1 cup serving. Not happy with 256 when yesterday I was 253.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
