September! Wearing my fitbit, might charge up my heart rate monitor. Gotta buckle down and do some work-work, get over some of the melancholy that I have so far to go to retire! 5 months is going to seem like eternity. Today: up the water, stick to the food plan. Already shot the day by having my breakfast right after midnight last night. Bite it, write it, and so easy to forget the off-time snacks. Gotta remember to stay hungry! Happy Hump Day!
