It's a bit down but better. Hopefully it will continue to go down. I had recently started cutting some things out. Like instead of having two sides with my lunch or dinner I will pick one side. It's hard at first but I also know my body does not need a lot of sides. I pray for better health every night and trying to make better habits. I did recently buy Milos zero calorie sugar free sweet tea. And it's better than having soda. I love it! I also bought a diet soda Walmart brand Diet Dr Thunder. It was cheap so I got it. I hadn't been drinking soda much lately. Nor tea as the matter of fact. But little bit better choices day by day always help out .
