Hey ! I dont know what master cleanse means but here more ppl to reducencarbs for the benefits of fruits and veggies. My example i lost 8 kilos from,the end of april just in stopping crappy or unappropriate food. Im. Ot at all craving myself but i eat differenetly so far i am very happy and not frustrated at all. I read lots of articles telling how shitty processed food is : i consider it as a poison now and just try to cook all i eat. Good luck and welcome here !!

No need to stop eating after 6pm, its the total throughout the day that counts
