@shirfleur, I hope that one day you can have some fresh one, not canned. Out of a super tall tree you get maybe a foot that's edible in the heart of the palms. It's a bit crunchier and nutty, so good.

We started getting them from the Natural Heaven web site. They are the makers of it. It's not anymore than eating out but we feel it is worth it. We tried the Palmini brand too but it's canned and full of preservatives. Natural Heaven isn't.
