Hello friends. I would be glad if u can share with me what type of workout to lose more weight? Since I am now in Atkins induction and i will continue induction until I feel satisfied with my weight. Since I am in fasting month, I always exercise at 8.30 pm after breaking fast. I only exercise for about 30 minutes. I currently do aerobic and crunches.

im not familiar with atkins so I don't know much in the way of your energy level with fasting but can you take walks? or a light bike ride? I know you said 830pm so thats kind of late for those things, but they seem to work for me
