Day to day fluctuations don't really mean much, it's affected by hydration, digestion etc. Look how you're doing month over month for the real story.

I weigh once a week, same day,same time so that i dont drive myself crazy with the fluctuations!!

Me too! I tried daily and became so stressed. For me, weekly is good. I don't think I could wait a whole month. Too curious 😄
