Going to the gym has been amazing... Totally got in the habit now, and feel out of sorts when I can't make it one evening. Also, signed up for a challenge at the gym to take >35 group fitness classes over a 6 week period, divided into different categories: cardio, mind-body, core, strength, and sports conditioning.
Tonight, for instance, I did a BodyFlow class (mind-body) and a BodyPump class (strength training). The increase of classes can only help, and I'm feeling GREAT when I leave the gym.
My only worry is that I'm out of state for work for the next three days... no gym; restaurant food and/or on-the-go airport crap; probably drinks with clients and colleagues. I simply hope to make it to the weekend without gaining a ton!
