2 hours of hockey, diet on point cant ask myself for much more.
This week hope to get to 222 before I leave for Martha's Vineyard....The Vineyard is normally a tough place to diet but I'm going to make it in my mind a FITNESS\HEALTH Vacation....lots of activities, biking, jogging swimming and healthy grilled foods.
