I screwed up today, after 6 days of exhausting induction, I am taking 13gram of carbs today and and 6.17gram sugar. I didn't realize there is so much carbs and sugar in a coleslaw. I just ate i think about 2 big spoons. And now regret it too much. Enough food for me today. I have to workout more or else I will not gonna cover it up.

Phase 1. Acceptable Foods only. Eat nothing that isn’t on the list of Phase 1 acceptable foods, unless you plan to continue on Phase 1 for longer than two weeks. If so, then it is acceptable to add nuts and seeds. You can find this info on www.atkins.com or there are several books available to outline how to do this. "Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution", "A New Atkins for a New You", "The New Atkins Made Easy". During Induction it may be best to prepare your own food for the 2 weeks and keep it simple. The approved food list is also on the www.atkins.com website and the books. You may also want to cut back on the exercise during induction. Induction alone without exercise can make you week while your body switches to a ketogenic state. You definitely should not be throwing up. Good luck.

@pmgraph..yes i am planning to continue my induction until i lost a lot of weight..maybe about to 10kgs... I've already cut back my exercise to 30mins only. But I increased the intense of the aerobic since I am eating a bit much carbs and sugars yesterday. Thanks so much for your feedback. I will check out on the webs. :)

I've found that the most important thing after any kind of "screw up" is just to pick yourself back up and keep going. I think you will be fine! :)
