I feel your pain. my downfall is rice krispy treats. only 90 calories, if you only eat one. 5 or 6 later I have eaten more calories than my meal calories. smh... no self control.. there's always tomorrow and the snacks are all gone now! good luck to you!

I LOVE coffee cake ...if you haven't noticed I love all food!!! I feel like a loser when I do...for bout 2 min...i had peach cobbler the other night I threw the rest away I can't be trusted and I know it!!!!
