One of my coworkers gave me a yogurt maker at work today. Pretty excited to see what I can brew up. Almond milk yogurt sounds fun. Yeah I have no life. I bought a hula hoop today for the hula hoop challenge. I actually remember how to do it! Pumped for that challenge!

The diet I'm following is a 6 day low calorie diet with one day of high calorie eating so the body doesn't think it's starving. I decided today would be my high calorie day partly because I was hungry and partly because this is my half day off work. I got NOWHERE near the calorie amount I was supposed to eat and I feel DISGUSTING! Ugh! My stomach feels so full and just yuk! I look like I'm about 6 months pregnant now too. I don't like this feeling. Normally I eat a lot of veggies, but today I ate a lot of cheese and I just want to die. Swearing off cheese for at least the rest of the night. Going to bed to dream about cows now.
