Everyone around me seems to be losing TONS of weight - work, family, and people I don't even talk to but see from day to day. I seem to just pivit at one weight.
My BIGGEST problem is exercising, I know the biggest excuse is time, but I have 3 kids, work full time and so when I get home I usually have to do dinner and then fix lunches for the girls for the next day and also for my man's for work. So by the time I get all that done plus some laundry and fill the dishwasher and some other minor stuff I just want to relax for a while - then its bedtime. I'm not a morning person so I know I won't be able to get up in the morning without someone dumping water on me and making me do it...so not sure what to do. I sit and look at magazines and tell myself one day I will get there but not sure when.....its depressing. Not sure if it has something to do with age but it seems to be harder to lose weight than it was when I was in my 20's.
