not much lost but it is some lost. i have until next monday to lose 2 lbs to hit my goal for 2 weeks. small goals are easier to achieve for me. 3 lbs every 2 weeks isnt too hard
231.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
