ok...time to start a new day. focus on my daily eating habits, exercise at least 20 minutes a day, and clean up my act as far as my eating habits go. I want to lose 20 pounds in 6 months. I think I can do this. I just have to try.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I find your goals are really simple and doable. Of course you can do this! Just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time!
