havent been around for a while but i am hoping to get my self disciplined and get back to the daily posts i did on spark people .i was not handling the lockdown as well as the last one and as a result picking and emotional eating .i think i have a handle on that now ,have changed my ww plan to purple which gives me more of my favourite foods at zero points , finger crossed here i go

Jacquie good to hear from you. I'm trying get back on track too, I have yielded to temptation with sweets three days in a row. Not good for my digestion or my weight loss. I miss SP. I'm tracking with WW. Hope purple works for you! We can do this
