Unhappy with the scale today. I'm at 205.6. I guess I shouldn't have eaten the ribeye steak last night, but it was good! I'll work it off quickly. I had a good workout tonight, chest, back and abripper. The new pullup bar is so much better. It's higher up so I don't have to worry about my legs hitting the ground. I have a busy day tomorrow. We are quickly approaching our summer season and things are beginning to grow. I'm lining up the summer workers now. I have plyometrics tomorrow night. I work up a good sweat with jump training. Hopefully the scale will be kinder to me tomorrow morning.
