This weekend I was semi better than a lot of other weekends. Friday, no exercise. Saturday, walked to and from Subway which is down the block and up 2 hills. Sunday, actually had a great day at the gym and felt very energized and did 42 minutes on exercise machines. I also ate very moderately and watched what I ate. But despite being really good the past week, I woke up almost at the same exact weight as I started. Pretty discouraging. Not sure if I should just cut out every single food all together and just eat salads.
