I didn't have meals like I should but have a good "pie chart." Since I don't eat a lot at one time, I am thinking of eating fruit one meal, meat one mea, and veggies another and yogurt or cottage cheese in between. I like that my sodium and fat aren't bad. finished off the candy. No more in the house.
