Got Salad's Journal, 21 August 2021

My weight was much higher, but I joined at 185. I make smaller goals as I go along. This way I appreciate my lose as I go if I said I want to be 125 lbs. I would look at my goal and say omg that's so far away almost depressing, but goals of 20 lbs way different. I have limited all forms of carbs including fruit, beans, rice, potatoes, pasta and bread and all obvious sweets. I have been doing this over 6 months and frankly it did take 30 days to become a lifestyle now no problem. For first time I tried Zero Carb 🍞 honestly showed I didn't miss it and also confirmed its a trigger food. it was also gross LOL so I will finish it up but never again. My next goal is to super watch cholesterol. Some think I'm a little extreme, but I'm so into this being healthy, but don't get me wrong I eat every well, good portions, get my protein and of course my veggies. For meat only chicken and yes occasionally cold cuts. It finally is the first time I really feel in charge of what I eat, not was in charge of me like chips ohhhhh face it anything I wanted. I just want to be healthy and happy.
