I was not surprised about my weight today because of last night party (2 days party) but later today I will go to my local gym (8 pm). I quit gym for about 2 years and now I will be back again ( My first time...again)!

Weight: 279.4 Pounds

279.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 119.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
