I'm fasting today. Looking forward to my morning weigh in. Fasting both on Wednesdays and Sundays. My targets are 20 or less on carbs, this includes fiber carbs. Protein 60 grams or less, Fat 150 grams or more. Keeping total calories under 1700. So far these macros have got the scale moving again. Plus fasting helps.
