Hey all, thank you al for your great support.
What do you think about Keto diet, I don’t think it’s sustainable but tell me your stories maybe I will be inspired to try.
Ps: I love carbs 😅

I've been doing keto since beginning of June. It's actually a lot easier than I thought. Weight comes off, then stalls, comes off slowly, best way to lose. So far, 20 lbs gone. I also do IF (intermittent fasting). Water, tea, black coffee during fast of 16 to 18 hrs. The 2 philosophies work very well together. You will burn fat especially if carbs are kept to around 20 grams. Use actual carbs, not net carbs for accuracy. Protein & fat give you all the energy you need. Our body doesn't really need carbs. I loved carbs too, but I feel so much better not eating the "white foods"... Berries & non-starchy veggies are my source of carbs. I exercise, but not hard core. Indoor recumbent bike & walking outside or at the beach. Track all your food. It's the easiest way to stay the course. The benefits are not only burning fat to lose weight, but blood sugar & insulin stabilization.
