Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!
Still no weight loss. Bummer! I did up my calories yesterday as hubby said I wasn’t eating enough. I never was a big eater … just ate the wrong things. And, as I get older, I find that I don’t care for meat as much as I use to. I still eat it but I would just as soon have a baked sweet potato or regular potato.
So, today is Granddaughter day! I’m off shortly so have a fabulous, sunshiny day FS! 💃🌞
