Oh I am glad to have all you awesome FS people to learn from. I just started a new position at work and it’s MUCH more work and of greater importance, it left me a little shaken yesterday, but today I know I can do it. BUT, I have been eating the foods I want too it is just a little harder to manage now and I am about to start school again at the end of the month snd now I’m a little afraid I may fail. Today is 21 days, so I guess this new of eating is my habit 🤷🏻♀️, I think I just need to start setting myself more up for success by already having my foods weighed and ready to go, I just hope that’s enough!!!
