Pdiscolover's Journal, 17 August 2021

Oh I am glad to have all you awesome FS people to learn from. I just started a new position at work and it’s MUCH more work and of greater importance, it left me a little shaken yesterday, but today I know I can do it.
BUT, I have been eating the foods I want too it is just a little harder to manage now and I am about to start school again at the end of the month snd now I’m a little afraid I may fail.
Today is 21 days, so I guess this new of eating is my habit 🤷🏻‍♀️, I think I just need to start setting myself more up for success by already having my foods weighed and ready to go, I just hope that’s enough!!!

Preparation is key really in any successful process. But don't let it overwhelm you too much. Just continue to win each day and make the most of it. The more healthier things you put in along with some activities here and there you should be fine. You can tell you want to succeed! Just stay the course no matter how difficult it seems. It will be so worth it!

What Joe said!!!!! Right on Joe! 👊 We all fall short sometimes. Rather than making it stressful forgive yourself and move on. Eventually we learn what works and how to get back on track when we go off “plan”. Keep this journey close but keep it fun too! Good Shedding!
